Sierra Benefit Solutions was founded in 2004 by Leah Ann Zogg and Darlene Duco. Leah Ann began her career in the industry in 1983 and is the firm's Chief Executive Officer. Darlene entered the industry in 1993 and is the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Together they have nearly 35 years of combined experience.
